A Father’s Story: My 5-Year-Old Son With Autism

We live in Ireland, and our son is now 5 years old. Before the therapy, our biggest concerns were his speech, limited eye contact, and difficulties interacting with other people.

It has been about eight months since the treatment. During this time, we have noticed positive changes in his everyday behavior. He initiates communication with us more often, maintains eye contact better, uses more words, and finds it easier to join in shared play.

There are still areas where he needs support, and we continue working with specialists and following his development closely.

As his father, the most meaningful change for me is seeing him seek us out more often and genuinely want to communicate and connect with us.
